MustBee – an online and physical store for the whole family, offering carefully selected, high-quality products for children, homes, women, and men. MustBee is like “Must have” special items that make your daily life easier.
Objective – to update and expand automated email sequences to more effectively engage existing and new customers in the MUSTBEE online store ecosystem, increase customer trust in the brand, boost the online store’s revenue by utilizing automated email marketing messages, and strengthen direct customer relationships.
Strategy:
We updated the design of automated emails – creating visually more appealing, user-oriented email designs. These designs improve engagement and encourage specific actions.
We expanded and added new email marketing automations – from 2 to 8 main e-commerce project flows that ensure a consistent and effective customer journey. •
